How to add an object to the players head kind of like the bubblegum in Bubblegum Simulator?

Wait so they dont use a part for the bubblegum?

It uses the character head

I mean like they attach the bubblegum to the head, to make it look like its blowing the bubblegum. Thats what i want to know how to do.

Ohhh! This probably uses a billboard gui onto a part and there is an image label parented to the part and the size just grows when they player clicks.

How do I position it correctly though, that's what I'm asking. Not any GUI. Just the bubble, and positioning it right and giving it to the player when they join.
