Basically, what you can do is, Hack roblox studio (you're probably a hacker, with that 1x1x1 like name.) Then you make your own service call it "DumbassWhoWantsToUseNoHttpServiceService" and you just use the 'DumbassWhoWantsToUseNoHttpService' Service to send a webhook message

@Dan_PanMan, it's not possible to send a WEBHOOK message without http service. And there's really no other way to send messages through to the server without http service (other than a bunch of other hacky stuff involving bots and a server etc)
