I have tried to set the DisplayOrder of the gui to 999, but it still doesnt overlay the cursor. How can you make the cursor go beneath a gui?

It has been answered but if someone is having the same issue then here is the answer:
You can not do it but you can set mouse invisible using user input service or make the mouse icon nil so the icon won't be seen, so if you want it to go beneath a gui you will have to use a little scripting with MouseEnter function. Done.
