No matter what I have tried, I am always able to select text boxes in my game. What UI property fixes this? I don't want to be able to click in them and type.
COMMUNITY QUESTION
How to make it so I can't click in TextBoxes?

TextBoxes have a property called TextEditable, and it determines whether the user can change the text. Thus, you shouldn't be able to click it to edit it. Here is a sample:
script.Parent.TextEditable = false -- cant edit it
script.Parent.TextEditable = true -- can edit it
I hope this helped you!

For whatever reason I can still select and edit the text even with that property turned off. Does ShowNativeInput have something to do with it?
What you could do is also enable text wrapped on ur UI under Properties of ur textbox

I also found this property, https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/api-reference/property/GuiObject/Selectable , if it still doesn't work you should also try enabling ShowNativeInput.
you could just use a textlabel
