Helmet Model Welded to Head Doesn't allow player to move?? (SOLVED)

The helmet model I welded to the head of a player upon joining the game, doesn't allow them to move, but welds perfectly. Also do not say I can use startercharacter... I am using the playeradded command as a temporary function.

Here is my script

game.Players.PlayerAdded:Connect(function(p)
	p.CharacterAdded:Connect(function(Char)
		Char:WaitForChild("HumanoidRootPart")
		Char:WaitForChild("Head")

		wait()
		local Helmet = script.Helmet:Clone()

		Helmet:SetPrimaryPartCFrame( CFrame.new(Helmet.PrimaryPart.Position + Vector3.new(0,0,0)))
		Helmet.Parent = Char
		Helmet:MoveTo(Char.Head.Position)

		local Weld = Instance.new("ManualWeld")
		Weld.Parent = Helmet.PrimaryPart
		Weld.Part0 = Helmet.PrimaryPart
		Weld.Part1 = Char.Head
		Weld.Enabled = true
	end)
end)

I had to unanchor all parts, and weld them all to the primarypart of the model.
