Adding a camera to a block when on a seat?

Sooooo, I'm trying to make a game where you sit on a seat and you can drive a boat. The seat is sorted and works, But you can only see stuff from where you are on the seat, So I want to add a camera to the ship so that they can see... (Obviously)

So far I've made a block, With a camera in (With camera type scriptable), But im not the best scripter in the world and dont know how this would work. So if anyone could give me a tip in the right direction this would be a great help! (Im not expecting people to give me the whole script, just some tips or a link to somewhere that would help)
