Random Cursor Icons In Studio? Don't know where its from

so yesterday, i loaded up studio, and for some reason whenever i was hovering over something that was locked, like the baseplate, so i'm not selecting something, right? Well for some reason it kept giving me that black cursor and its really annoying, I removed every plugin and made everything in ui invisible temporarily but nothing seems to work, any help and tips would be appreciated.
