I have 5 ways that this could be fixed
Number 1.
Make sure the script is on local, if it's a basic script then it will not work and not pop up on the screen.
Number 2.
Is the frame a actual frame or is it a Image, cause there may be some conflict between Tweening their positions, (* the system might not move images the same as frames.*)
Number 3.
It must be a ImageButton Or TextButton, many people can sometimes get confused between those and TextBox's (Cause TextButtons and TextBox's have the same icon)
Number 4.
Check if the position matches the X and Y match, sometimes it can not compute the whole position.
Number 5.
Try using a different Instance then TweenPosition, something possibly similar.
That's all I got lol.

is the "script.Parent" a button? (TextButton, ImageButton)
or maybe the position is incorrect
