What is a good metheod of start to script in Lua im getting real lost only doing it by the numerous options in game?

This is not the place to post this, but I would recommend the following links: https://www.youtube.com/ https://devforum.roblox.com/ https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/ All of these have types of tutorials and in youtube, you can just search "Roblox scripting tutorial" and follow. Eventually, if you use them interchangeably, you will get decent at scripting.

When I started, I just played around with the API, learning simple things, like loops and how to change brick color. Mostly I just picked it up from playing with it, but I also used AlvinBlox (not too much), DevForums, and the Roblox Dev Hub. There are many videos that teach the basics of the Roblox API. This is what I suggest you do to kick off your career in scripting Lua!
I watched youtube videos, looked at roblox dev hub sometimes, and started out with simple stuff like functions, variables, and tables. You can watch TheDevKing or PeasFactory.
I first suggest watching tutorial videos created by Roblox youtube channel. They try to explain every line of code with as much detail as possible, which really helped me to understand the subject. You can also watch PeasFactory and AlvinBlox, they also provide necessary help for beginners.
