How to make a tool taker that only removes the tool that you are holding?

Basically I want to do a tool taker that only removes the tool that you are holding, and when you touch it with no tool in your hand I won't delete anything. And when you have one in your hand when you touch the block it will only delete that one that you are holding, not the ones in your inventory.
