Before starting, make a RemoteEvent located in ReplicatedStorage that's called "PlayerAdded" Also in the ScreenGUI, change Enabled to false!!

This is your local script:

player = game.Players.LocalPlayer
rp = game:GetService("ReplicatedStorage")
pa = rp:WaitForChild("PlayerAdded")

playername = player.Name

pa.OnClientEvent:connect(function(plr)
	if plr ~= nil and plr.Name == playername then
		script.Parent.Parent.Parent.Enabled = true
		wait(2)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading"
		wait(0.2)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading."
		wait(0.2)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading.."
		wait(0.8)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading..."
		wait(0.2)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading"
		wait(0.2)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading."
		wait(0.8)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading.."
		wait(0.2)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading..."
		wait(0.2)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading"
		wait(0.8)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading."
		wait(0.2)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading.."
		wait(0.2)
		script.Parent.Text = "Loading..."
		wait(1)
		script.Parent.Parent.Parent.Enabled = false
	end
end)

This is another script. This one is located in ServerScriptStorage.

Players = game:GetService("Players")
rp = game:GetService("ReplicatedStorage")
pa = rp:WaitForChild("PlayerAdded")

Players.PlayerAdded:connect(function(plr)
	local plrname = plr.Name
	pa:FireAllClients(plr)
end)

Turn off ResetOnSpawn in the screen guis property tab, I'm pretty sure this will work
