How to teleport all players, after all have died?

I am building my own game for a ROBLOX University entry... I am a new scripter, and it would be helpful if someone could share me a link, on how to teleport all the players into a certain spot, AFTER they have died.

Also, it would be helpful if you have any other scripts, like choosing a random player etc. :)
