I need to put my tool into my Npc's hand. Might be super easy but idk.
COMMUNITY QUESTION
How do I put a sword(already have one made) into my npc's hand?

Quite simple in fact.
- Select the part on the sword you want the NPC to hold, and change its name to "Handle".
- Next, insert a welding script into the tool (This is to make sure the sword sticks together). You can access one through this link - https://www.roblox.com/library/510873942/qPerfection-Weld. If it is already welded together then ignore this step.
- Finally, simply drop the tool into the NPC's model from the workspace.
This should work but if you need more help let me know.
- Zipps
Do you mean to equip the tool? If so, you would take the tool then get the NPC Humanoid and call :EquipTool() on it with the tool.
local humanoid = NPC.Humanoid -- Name your NPC path
humanoid:EquipTool(tool) -- purely an example, you must define the tool
The counterpart to equipping (unequipping) would to just call :UnequipTools() instead.

inside the NPC's model called, "BumPart". there is a list of children from the NPCs Model (mostly parts named "Left Leg", "Right Leg" etc. and accessories), just put it inside the part named "BumPart" which is located under the torso in between the Right Leg and Left Leg
position ur sword into ur npc hand and use a weld constraint and set part 0 to the right hand and part 1 to the handle in your sword
if its a tool and the npc has a humanoid you should just be able to drop it into npc model
