I don't know how I enabled it but I sure do need help disabling it. This white block is appear on every letter I click.

Does anyone know how to get rid of the white thing covering a letter?

press numpad 0 (if youre talking about the block in scripting that covers the letter)
how I solved that issue was i pressed the Insert key. (if you are talking about the issue Ashton had)
