Yes, this is possible. The API is here: https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/api-reference/enum/KeyCode
Use "LeftControl" and "RightControl" for the respective keys. LeftControl is most likely the one that players will use. Bear in mind that players on devices other than computers will not be able to use this.
