Help me with my animation problems i have got?

Ok, so this might sound stupid but i have been having problems with animations recently. For example sometimes Animations are working in studio only. Also sometimes they wont work at all. And they give this weird error EVERY single time saying animation didn't load even though in my script i did Humanoid:LoadAnimation(animation). Also I have Humanoid Defined! Does anybody have these weird problems occurring?
