If I make a local script for when you touch a part it disappears and put it on a part. If one person activates the script, will someone else have to touch the part to make it disappear? If not, how?
I'm just double checking.

To answer your question, no, local scripts will not run under the parent of the workspace. Local scripts only work when placed in the StarterGui, StarterPack, StarterCharacterScripts, or StarterPlayerScripts.
However if you have the the local scripts under one of these parents you can access the workspace, but anything you do won't replicate to other clients because of FE (filtering enabled).
So I wouldn't use a local script in your case because the part will only disappear on one client. I would recommend just using a normal script parented under the part.

Are you trying to create local parts?
I just want to know how to make parts that are only changed on one client.
Use instance.new("Part") in a local script to create local parts
