Does anyone know how to make a teleporter with dialog?

I'm trying to make a script, in which, when you say a word. Like: "abracadabra" and are in the group and a certain rank you would be teleported somewhere in the game. I've been working on this for hours and I'm a bit confused. Can anyone help me with the script?
