--WARNING-- DONT DELETE THIS SCRIPT UNLESS YOU ARE FINISHED AND IT WORKS!! TEST YOUR PART BEFORE YOU DELETE THIS!!
--change this part name to whatever you want but remember it needs to be what you want a lot of things in the scripts to be called. For example i suggest you name it "ColorChangingBlock" but its your choice. We are going to be using "Part" As the name of what this part is going to be called. But if you change the name to "ColorChangingBlock" you will have to replace "Part" with the name of your block.
--Make a new script called "Color Changing Script" inside of "Part" then in the 1'st line type
local Part = script.Parent
--script.Parent is the parent of the object when you add a script inside of it. For example, if you add a script into "Workspace" then workspace is the parent of that script.
--Press "Enter" whenever you have typed "local Part = script.Parent"
--Then in the 3'rd line type
Part = Color3.fromRGB(255, 0, 0)
--Color3 is what you want the color to change to.
--fromRGB is another way of saying Red Green Blue. 255 in that is the amount of red you want.
--in line 4 you type
wait(1)
--wait(1) means you want the script to make the part change to another color in 1 second
--in line 5 you type the same thing you did in line 3 but with a different
--you keep on typing those exact things as many times as you want :) but dont do the same RGB. To find out the RGB you have to go into properties and click on "Part" and change the color to whatever you want. You will see in the color section there are numbers that go in this order [0,0,0] right click that then click copy. after you do fromRGB.() paste the number into ()
--but if you want to make it loop and go on forever you have to press "Enter" in line 2 then in line 3 you have to type
if true then do
--and hover over all of the Part = Color3.fromRGB(0,0,0) scripts and press tab on your keyboard
--then go to the last line and press "Tab" on your keyboard then type end
--i hope you found this helpful and if you need any help or have any problems tell me in my group on my profile!
