So when i hold my tool something never works sometimes it teleports close to me and just falls to the ground sometimes it teleports me to it and i can't move sometimes it teleorts me to it and it falls straight down should the handle be anchored or unanchored? what about the tool itself?

These questions are dexterously, answered on the Dev forums or else where.
There are several reasons why this may happen.
You might have anchored the tool(Make sure you unanchor it)
Maybe you didnt name the tool Handle (make sure you make it exactly correct)
Another reason maybe that it's not welded/attached to a part

All the tool's children should be unanchored.
Make sure the tool isn't welded to the baseplate or anything. Secondly, as mentioned by @DevingDev, make sure the tool's children is unanchored.
