How do you make a brick creator? [More info inside]

I want like to make a game. But I need it to insert bricks. For example: You buy something. [Part I need help with] Then a SelectionBox appears and inside is a preview. The box moves to where your cursor is and you click to place it.

I don't completely comprehend your question. So you want it, that when a person bought something, a preview will appear and then where you click, it will spawn?
