basiclly im making a saving system, i tried to save objects (a Frames in ScreenGui), but i found out it doesnt work, so i made a function that turns these objects into a big single table and i tried to save that, but it didnt work, does dataStore only store int values?
COMMUNITY QUESTION
what types of variables can dataStore store?

it stores: numbers, strings , Booleans , arrays(tables), and non-mixed objects(key-value tables). But NO UserData - this means Roblox Objects, or objects created via newproxy can't be saved in datastore..
You cannot save objects into a Datastore. You'll need to save the properties of these objects instead, and store it inside a table. I recommend reading here for more information: https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/articles/Data-store

DataStores can save any value. However, it can't save objects like what you're doing.
does that mean it can store normal tables?
