I need a rank system ?

Hello everyone. I created an army but now I need a rank system. I used to have one but it is not reliable. I want when my people come into the game to have a civilian rank written on them and when they change their team to a soldier to have their army rank written on them. Some will tell me how to get such a rank system because I did not find anywhere
