I've been studying GUIs and I see this event called Textbox.ReturnPressedFromOnScreenKeyboard, the wiki (and events of textbox) here do not show any description. I
am simply curious about what it does, and it doesn't seem to work. Why is this event a thing, and why does it have no description?

Wow. That page is mostly empty (the developer one).
So basically return is enter on your keyboard.
That's back then. Nowadays we say enter.
Its an event listener that waits for mobile devices to press return (aka enter) on the keyboard that shows up on their screen.
