How to make a suggestion GUI that imports to discord?

So in my game I want there to be a suggestion box in my game that uploads text to my discord. I know how to make the Enter button and all, but I don't know how would I upload it to discord? Here is my local script inside the enter button so far:

script.Parent.MouseButton1Click:Connect(function()
    local text = tostring(script.Parent.Parent.TextBox.Text)
    --somehow send text to my discord
end)
