How do I make a part appear at a specific Time?

Scripting Helpers is not a request site as @KBRM101 said. I will answer this question anyway but do not do it again
Try writing a wait function before the part appears. For example:
--Set the part's transparency to 1 in the Properties Tab
local part = game.Workspace.Part
wait(180) -- Three minutes in seconds
part.Transparency = 0 --Makes the part appear.

This is not a request site, you'll want to try to do this yourself before asking for advice
You could simply add a wait (180) and then do whatever you want
