Hey, I am very new to scripting, and got this error after writing a script, what should I do?

In the script you provided, i see that you use a variable to do it, which is....... not correct, I think you meant local function. You are also missing an end (due to if statement, which is useless), that cause the error to appear... And you are changing the gui (or frame) in startergui.. which is not quite correct.
local GUI = script.Parent -- Your Gui(or frame), Put this script inside the frame
script.Parent.MouseButton1Click:Connect(function()
GUI.Visible = true
end)

Ugh I feel like a complete idiot
You don’t need that right click variable at all just get rid of it, and it should work
Also, you never want to make changes to GUIs in StarterGui through scripts
