When I remove legs, the game acts as if there are invisible legs, so how do I fix this?

When I remove my legs, it's removed but then there's an invisible space acting like my legs still exist, basically looking like my upper half is floating while walking.

I manually removed the legs in game but here's my scripted form:

game.Workspace.lilzy7.RightUpperLeg:Destroy()
game.Workspace.lilzy7.LeftUpperLeg:Destroy()

I don’t really know, but I think you either do it in r6, or change the hip height in the humanoid properties. I don’t know how to write my 2nd answer in script

Humanoids have a property called HipHeight. It can be accessed and modified like normal. Try experimenting with your script to get the effect you want.

The HipHeight page has some useful info for how the different rig types handle this property. In the case of R15 rigs, HipHeight is the distance between the Humanoid.RootPart and the ground, which is why I think your character is still floating. With R6, though, it's the distance between the model's legs and the ground, (0, typically.)

game.Workspace.lilzy7.RightUpperLeg:Destroy()
game.Workspace.lilzy7.LeftUpperLeg:Destroy()
game.Workspace.lilzy7.Humanoid.HipHeight = 0 -- for example
