How do I make a gui have a transparency of 1 on click?

I need the gui to leave the players screen or go transparency 1 when The player clicks the button.

local player = game.Players.LocalPlayer

function Clicks()
	game.Players.LocalPlayer.PlayerGui.Edition.Transparency = 1
end

script.Parent.MouseButton1Down:connect(Clicks)

local player = game.Players.LocalPlayer

function Clicks()
    game.Players.LocalPlayer.PlayerGui.Edition.Visible = false
end

script.Parent.MouseButton1Down:connect(Clicks)

GUIs have a variable called visible, so that they can not be seen if it is set to false..

If you meant backgroundtransparency, so you just couldn't see the background, then you would do game.Players.LocalPlayer.PlayerGui.Edition.BackgroundTransparency = 1

Hope this helped!
