Im making a game universe and i need help making a join freind gui for it?

what I mean by this is that when you join the game, you are in the hub place there are teleports there but I want to make a GUI that will take you to a specific server your friend is in. is there some function I need to use? This is basically the exact same thing as the elemental battlegrounds join friends GUI and other similar ones. how would I go about this? this means showing the name of the players, the server they are in and a join button
