How come every time I make something with Solid modeling there's always this invisible box around it so I cant actually go on top of the shape, is there anyway to get rid of it?

Solid Modeling is not a complete feature yet and that issue will be fixed when CSG physics are available.
Roblox is currently making a new physics system to allow objects/players to interact with solid modeling objects.
