How to insert gear/models into your game with scripts?

So I'm making an admin script for my games and I want to make "give" and "insert" commands.

Example: ;give me 84329484 -- this would be the id of the gear ;insert 54938324 -- this would be the id of the model

so I need to know how to insert those into my game with scripts, thanks!
