Hi, I scaled a character in Roblox Studio and when i place it into starter player as a starter-character I cant seem to move or do anything. I don't know what I am doing wrong, it was literally scaled from a r15 dummy.

Answered in Discord. Don't manually upscale your rigs and put them in the StarterCharacter. You can use NumberValue objects in the Humanoid to scale an R15 rig.

oh yea, you have to rename the dummy StarterCharacter in order for it to work
