BV.MaxForce = Vector3.new(math.huge, math.huge, math.huge)
BV.Velocity = Humanoid.Parent.HumanoidRootPart.CFrame.lookVector * Vector3.new(0, 0, 50) + Vector3.new(0, 35, 0) * 1
BV.Parent = m8.HumanoidRootPart

Why does the bodyvelocity sometimes just move straight up instead of moving up and foward?

This is because your forward movement is based on your the lookVector of the HumanoidRootPart. The math is a bit flawed, but it looks like you wanted to move the player forward and upwards based on the player's facing direction.
BV.MaxForce = Vector3.new(math.huge, math.huge, math.huge)
BV.Velocity = m8.HumanoidRootPart.CFrame.lookVector * 50 + Vector3.new(0, 35, 0)
BV.Parent = m8.HumanoidRootPart
script.Wind:Play()
To explain this, the + Vector3.new(0, 35, 0) will move the player upwards which you can change the speed of. And the CFrame.lookVector * 50 will move the play forward which you can change the 50 to a speed you want.
