Do You mean You Want Every Player To Spawn As A Custom Character You Created?
There is a setting for this inside Game Settings in studio.
Go to the Home tab in studio and click Game Settings. Then click the avatar tab inside those settings and click on R6 for Avatar Type.

The problem is that r6 contains both a more drawn avatar and a completely square classic one.
