how to script this leaderboard model?

I am currently trying to use the model https://www.roblox.com/library/2578327321/Board in my game, however the model hasn't come with any scripting. Can anyone please let me know how to code this so that it works? Even better if you can make it so the minutes played saves even after leaving the server. Thanks!
