[BAE 2.0] How can I do a Set Message (Permanent Hint)?

Hi! I've asked many friends on how to do a permanent hint (setmessage) in Basic Admin Essentials 2. I believe this was a feature included in BAE 1, as I have seen it in the module for that version. I'm assuming this will be created via the Example Plugin feature which you can find inside the scripts (Basic Admin Essentials 2.0 > Plugins > Example Plugin).

If anyone could help me out with this, that would be amazing. Thanks!
