How to I make this gui pop up after the script is finished?

The reason is because the gui gets cloned inside player gui. Try this: You many need to create a player variable.
player.PlayerGui.Live.Scene1.TextLabel.Visible = true
To store a players variable, in a local script do
local player = game.Players.LocalPlayer
