Black screen and tool give?

Hello, I need to make a black gui that will be used during the game (e.g. after 40 seconds) and will be removed (e.g. after 5 seconds). I also need a script to add an item during the game (e.g. To add in 10 seconds from entering the game). I will be grateful for your help.
