Can you explain what you're trying to do by removing the part? Also instance:Remove() is deprecated. Use instance:Destroy() instead.
i'm trying to make it disappear and come back at over and over again
instead of trying to removing it, try turning CanCollide off.
You can use the while true do and insert the transparency script inside the while true do script.
