With this Screen Gui that I've made, the intention is to have a local script set so that the "Play" image button in the main menu frame will then open the play menu frame inside. So, basically, a button to open a frame. However, there are a few issues:

  1. My frames are edited with UI Gradients, so they will overlap one another and become unreadable. My question is, is it possible to make the play button close the main menu and then open the play menu via script? My idea was to do this function after the first one in the same local script, but it didn't work at all.
function onClick()
	if (script.Parent.Parent.Parent.playFrame.Visible) then
	script.Parent.Parent.Parent.mainFrame.Visible = false
else

	script.Parent.Parent.Parent.mainFrame.Visible = true
	end
end
  1. I'm trying to use the "Hover Image" property in my play button so that, when hovered over, the button will have a purple box (which is an ImageLabel) around it. However, when I do so, it shows only the image label, and renders it very small. Is there any way to adjust the hover image sizing, or should I just use a script to perform this action instead? If I do, how would I write that script?
