I want to make a tool selection like in Call of Robloxia or SAOA but I simply don't understand how they did it.

Use a HopperBin, It is a Script Only tool, no Actual Part required.

Also note, that you will have to use local scripts, regular scripts have not had access to the mouse for almost a year now.
