You cannot collect PII (personally identifiable information) from players on Roblox. Gender is classified as personally identifiable.
Other games does that.
And if it's not ethical so why roblox asks for gender or makes us choose our gender in games...
You could make two GUIS which are the gender choices and whichever one the player picks, they will be given whatever each gender is supposed to have. I'm not sure if you're asking for an idea of what the gender selector would look like, or if you're asking us to make a script for you (which is not allowed here).
