I know that :Destroy() is to remove the items. I know that debris is also to remove the items but with a delay. Is that right and are there any more differences?
What is the difference between debris and destroy?

Most of this was text from the Wiki.
Debris is used when you need a fixed lifetime to destroy something instead of using
wait(3)
obj:Destroy()
for example. Debris does not yield the current thread, does not require a new thread and will not error if the object is already destroyed.
Destroy does exactly what it sounds like, but will error if the object is not found. There are a number of issues with the Destroy approach. Firstly, it requires yielding the code with a wait, which is not always desirable. Secondly, before the 3 seconds have elapsed the object may have already been destroyed. You can read about Debris here. Each one has it's own use.

A lifetime that never changes
