Literally what it states. How can I disable the up and down keys so that the player can't move in those directions and only use the left and right keys to navigate around.

Disabling the keys themselves isn't possible and isn't an elegant solution.
Preventing the player from moving using a BodyVelocity or BodyPosition only acting in one axis would be the most elegant solution to force the player to move only along a particular plane.
trap the guy so he cant move in first place i guess lol XD

no sirously disabling the up and down stops him from moving but the side bottons would change the screen view and thats exactlywhat u would do if u like glue him.
