This is what is happening, it either does this or doesn't change the property at all. This happens with every single property in every game I make. Can someone please help me?

That's exactly how it's supposed to work. Roblox just adjusts it because there are some limitations. I recommend to use a plugin to edit it instead as it is easier to adjust that way.
