I'm a bit new to tween service and I've been experimenting with it. I was wondering if there is any way to make it shorter without using variables etc.

This could be a possible script:
local TS = game:GetService("TweenService")
TS:Create(part, TweenInfo.new(5), {Position = Vector3.new(10,1,10)}):Play() -- part is where you do a reference to the part like workspace.part1 if you need other stuff for tween info put it into the tween info, If you need other properties then type them into the {} brackets
This should In theory work
