I want to make a tool that when equipped, it shows the nearest player's data, for example, it shows if they have a certain gamepass or not, and their inventory / backpack. I don't know where to start. So I am requesting some guidance.

This is not a request site. Scripting takes years to master. So maybe just start off for a few months by watching tutorials. I suggest you watch AlvinBlox as he is very easy to understand.
After those few months when you make a script, if it doesn't work, THEN you can bring it here.
